JPG to PDF

A form, a portal, or a printer often wants one PDF instead of a folder of JPEGs. JPG to PDF places each photo on its own page and downloads that document.

Page size follows the photo

Each JPEG is decoded and embedded as a page whose width and height match the image in pixels. A 4000-pixel-wide photo becomes a very large page, not an A4 or Letter sheet. There is no paper-size menu, margin control, or fit-to-page option. If a portal rejects oversized pages, resize the pictures first, then run this job. Upload order is page order. You can send up to 10 files, and each file must be 25 MB or smaller. The server accepts JPG and JPEG only. PNG, WEBP, and HEIC need their own converters or Images to PDF.

What changes inside the file

The JPEG is decoded and stored in the PDF as a PNG of those pixels, so the page keeps the photo's pixel dimensions. EXIF orientation is applied by the image library when it reads the file, which is why a phone picture usually lands upright. There is no crop, filter, or quality slider here. A transparent area does not exist in a normal JPEG, so you will not get a transparent PDF page. PDF to JPG is the reverse and only exports the first page of a document. HEIC to JPG is the step for iPhone photos that are not already JPEG.

What this tool will not do

It will not merge the pictures onto one sheet, add captions, or number the pages. It will not compress the PDF after building it. If the download is too heavy for email, open Compress PDF afterward and compare the size, knowing that pass rewrites the file structure and does not downsample the photos. You cannot drag the list into a new order; add the files in the sequence you want. PNG to PDF is the sibling for PNG files. Mixed folders belong on Images to PDF, which runs in the browser.
