Turn Phone Photos into a PDF

Convert JPG, PNG, and WebP shots into one PDF for portals and email — free workflow on FileToolsHub.

Portals and employers still ask for PDF even when your source material is phone photos. Building one PDF from ordered images is faster than printing and scanning.

Use JPG to PDF for camera rolls, Images to PDF when formats are mixed, then compress or rotate on the PDF hub if delivery size or orientation is wrong.

Step-by-step

  1. Shoot flat, well lit

Capture each page in reading order; avoid shadows and cut-off corners.

  2. Convert to PDF

Upload ordered images to JPG to PDF or Images to PDF and download one file.

    Open images to pdf
  3. Fix orientation

If a page is sideways, open Rotate PDF and download the corrected copy.

    Open rotate pdf
  4. Compress for upload

Run Compress PDF when the portal rejects file size.

    Open compress pdf

Tips

  • Mixed PNG screenshots and JPG photos belong on Images to PDF, not JPG to PDF alone.
  • Keep original photos if you may need higher resolution later.
  • Add page numbers before submitting long packets — see PDF Page Numbers on the PDF hub.
