The service

FileToolsHub provides free online utilities for everyday file and text work (PDF, image, spreadsheet, text, calculators, audio, browser checks, and AI helpers). Features may change. Everyday use does not require payment; optional accounts may raise limits.

Acceptable use

• Use tools only with files and text you have the right to process.
• Do not upload malware, illegal content, or material that violates others’ rights.
• Do not abuse rate limits, scrape aggressively, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not use AI helpers to generate deceptive or harmful content.

No warranty

Tools are provided “as is.” Outputs (conversions, calculations, AI drafts) may contain errors. Verify results before relying on them for legal, financial, medical, or production decisions. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the site to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

Site design, branding, and original documentation belong to FileToolsHub. You retain rights to files and text you process. Do not reverse-engineer the service except where allowed by law.

Advertising

Pages may show third-party ads (including Google AdSense). Ad partners have their own terms. Ads are not an endorsement of any product.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
