About WEBP to PDF
WEBP to PDF converts each uploaded WEBP to a PNG and places that picture on its own page. The page is the image's pixel width and height, not a paper size.
One picture, one page
Sharp writes a PNG of the WEBP, that PNG is embedded, and a page is added at the image width and height. The picture is drawn at the origin, filling the page. A second file becomes page 2, in upload order. The button reads Run WEBP to PDF. The download name ends in image.pdf. There is no A4 or Letter choice. A wide screenshot stays wide. A tall screenshot stays tall. The cap is 25 MB per upload limit on the form. This path does not resample to 72 DPI or 150 DPI. The pixel size is the page size.
What is not a document feature
There is no heading, no page number, and no margin you can type. Text inside the WEBP stays pixels. It is not extracted. A transparent WEBP becomes a PNG before it is embedded, so the alpha follows that PNG step rather than a paper color you pick. This page does not flatten onto white the way GIF to JPG does. If you need a white matte, flatten before you upload. Several WEBPs are one PDF, not a zip of PDFs. The button label uses the tool name WEBP to PDF. A single file is still a one-page PDF, not a rejection for being only one image. JPG to PDF uses the same page shape for JPEG files. PNG to PDF uses the same page shape for PNG files.
When the page looks wrong
If the PDF page is huge, the source pixels were huge. Resize the WEBP first if you wanted a smaller page. If a file is not a WEBP that Sharp can open, the job fails before a PDF is stored. The order of pages is the order of the files you added. Remove a file and run again to drop a page. PDF to Markdown will not recover words from this PDF unless the picture itself had a text layer, which a photo page does not. There is no page-number stamp on these picture pages.
The images are uploaded
Each WEBP is uploaded for the conversion, and the temporary file is removed after the download. Keep the WEBPs if you still need them outside the PDF. JPG to PDF and PNG to PDF use the same one-image-per-page idea for their own formats. A 800 by 600 WEBP becomes a page 800 units wide and 600 units tall after the PNG step, because the page rectangle uses the embedded image's pixel width and height. Two files produce two pages in the order you added them. Removing the second file and running again drops that page. There is no rotate control on this form.

Does it extract words from the picture?
No. The picture is drawn as an image. Text in the pixels stays pixels.
