Convert JPG/PNG to WebP for Faster Landing Pages
Shrink hero images with browser-side WebP conversion on FileToolsHub — keep masters, test CMS support, then compress if needed.
Heavy heroes slow LCP. Modern browsers handle WebP well for site content; email and some CMSs still prefer JPG. Convert candidates with /tool/jpg-to-webp or /tool/png-to-webp, keep the original master, and verify the CMS serves the right type.
Resize to display width first at /tool/resize-image, then convert or compress. If a partner needs JPG again, use /tool/webp-to-jpg (transparency flattens to white) or /tool/webp-to-png when alpha matters.
All of these FileToolsHub converters run in the browser canvas — useful when brand assets should not be uploaded to random compressors.
For PDF packets of scans, prefer /tool/images-to-pdf then /tool/compress-pdf instead of WebP.
